OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE: Celebrate the Emerald Isle
Celebrate the rich heritage of Irish cuisine at our newest Outdoor Experience. Seated at one of our fire cauldrons, you’ll start your visit with an appetizing ploughman’s plate of Irish cheddar, chutney, and fruit accompanied by a sample of one of our recent NY Wine Classic Gold Medal winners. Warm up with a steaming bowl of hearty Irish stew, accompanied by Irish soda bread and your choice of a glass of artisan wine from our extensive list. Your experience will be capped off by a guided tour of our production facility, including a tank sample of a soon-to-be-bottled wine.
Weather permitting, bring your snowshoes or cross country skis and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes!

Do you allow dogs on the Emerald Isle event
Hi Rick, Well-behaved dogs on leashes are always welcome at our outside areas. We’re not currently allowing dogs in the tasting room due to COVID restrictions. Also, Health Department regulations do not allow dogs in the production barn where the wines are being made. A portion of the event will be a tour of that facility, so someone in your party would have to remain outdoors with your dog at that time.
