Cold weather, quarantines, and endless Zoom meetings getting you down?  Bundle up in your warmest gear and embrace winter!  Seated at your fireside table, we’ll kick off your experience with a sample of sparkling wine, followed by the glass of your choice from our extensive wine list, delicious fresh baked rosemary bread, and steaming hot homemade soup.  Finish up with a cozy cup of Blackberry Briar hot chocolate accompanied by a sweet treat, then step inside our production facility for a brief tour.  Bring your snowshoes or cross country skis and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of winter in the Finger Lakes!
