Celebrate the rich heritage of Irish cuisine at our uniquely-themed fireside experience! Seated at our outdoor fire cauldrons, you’ll start your visit with an appetizing ploughman’s plate of Irish cheddar, chutney, and fruit accompanied by a sample of our event-featured welcome-wine. Warm up with a steaming bowl of hearty Irish Stew or creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup, accompanied by Irish soda bread and your choice of a glass of artisan wine from our extensive list. Your experience will be capped off with a tank sample of a not-yet-bottled wine poured fresh from our tank or barrel room. Optional tours of our production facility are available as an add-on!

Bring your snowshoes, cross-country skis, or hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes! Guests should dress for seasonal temperatures and take into account forecasted weather conditions.

Reservations and payment for your tasting are due at least 1 week in advance (or sooner, in order to secure your date and time), and fees are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 72 hours notice. PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY DETAILS.

Breakdown of Cancellation Refunds:

*Full refund minus service fees if canceled 3 or more days in advance of reservation
*75% refund if canceled less than 3 days before reservation
*No refund if canceled day of or no-show

**In the event of severe weather or unforeseen venue issue, such as power outage or weather related closing/cancellation, guests will receive a full refund.
