Seated at our outdoor fire cauldrons, you’ll start your visit with an appetizing ploughman’s plate of Irish cheddar, chutney, and fruit accompanied by a sample of one of our recent NY Wine Classic Gold Medal winners. Warm up with a steaming bowl of hearty Irish stew, accompanied by Irish soda bread and your choice of a glass of artisan wine from our extensive list. Your experience will be capped off by a guided tour of our production facility, including a tank sample of a not-yet-bottled wine.\nBring your snowshoes, cross country skis or hiking boots and venture out on a self-guided trek through our rolling vineyards, build a snowman, or simply sit back and listen to the crackling flames as you drink in the enchanting beauty of the changing seasons in the Finger Lakes!\nFOOD SUBSTITUTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS EXPERIENCE.
