To become a wine club member, purchase a minimum of one full case (12 bottles)
either at the winery, on-line, or by phone. A full case purchase can be made all
at once to take advantage of a 15% discount or on a cumulative basis over the
course of a year. If you are a frequent shopper of Buttonwood Wines, ask us for
a frequent buyer card. Every bottle of wine purchased is one step closer to
being a member of our case club. Once a full case has been purchased in the
course of a calendar year, you are then entitled to all the benefits of
membership! Membership lasts for (2) years.
As a member of Buttonwood Grove’s wine Club you’ll be entitled to the following
